Sponsorship opportunity to support the Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, "Life's a Picnic" base restaurant promotion. This is an annual event conducted at all bases throughout the Air Force Material Command. This opportunity is for Wright-Patterson's portion of the promotion only. The promotion is scheduled for 1 May through 23 June 2000. The Wright-Patterson base restaurant system consists of 3 full service restaurants, 11 snack bars, 2 sales stores, 2 dining rooms and 10 concessionaire contracts. Average customer count through these facilities is over 7,000 daily. Sponsors have the opportunity of having their name exposed to these customers and the total base population of over 16,000 employees. Sponsorship opportunities exist in the form of in-kind products and services, financial support, and donations. Promotion requirements include customer incentives and prizes. Some restrictions apply regarding certain categories of food and beverage sponsors. Sponsor benefits include logo placement on promotional materials after acceptance of contract, on-site sampling/product promotions, and signage. All offers will be considered.
