Also publish, print and distribute 10,000 copies annually of a civilain enterprise trifold map to be delivered concurrently with the guide and directory. Neither the Guides nor maps shall be sold, distributed or ciculated as either a supplement nor insert to any privately producted civilian newspaper or publication, nor shall any other publications be distrubted as inserts to the Guides or Maps. The publication and distribution of these guides, directories and maps shall be printed at no cost to the Government. The revenue which the Contractor will receive from the sale of advertising in these publications shall constitue Contractor's full payment.
