The contractor shall conduct 32 weeks of Hindi language training at Kunia Regional Security Operations Center, Oahu, Hawaii to start prior to 30 Sep 00 for four Air Force civilian personnel. b. The instructor must be certified to teach the intricacies of the Hindi language, possess the ability to speak, read, and write fluently in the Hindi language, and be available to instruct for 32 consecutive weeks. The instructor is not required to have any type of college degree or any type of security clearance. The instructor is required to be available for one-on-one consultation. c. The training sessions shall be designed to provide students with essential knowledge and skills to listen and read fluent Hindi to achieve proficiency qualifications at 2/2 or better. A 2/2 indicates that the student is able to sufficiently comprehend conversations (listening) on routine social demands and limited job requirements and able to sufficiently comprehend(read) simple, authentic written material in a form equivalent to usual printing or typescript on subjects within a familiar context. d. The training session will include 40 hours of classroom instruction per week for 32 weeks. 2. Materials: a. The contractor shall provide all training materials necessary for four students. The contractor shall provide presentation, visual, and audio materials used during the training session. b.
