The project includes constructing an 8700 sq. ft. wood-framed maintenance and storage building, a 2800 sq. ft. wood-framed garage, and a 340 sq. ft. masonry seed-storage room. Work also includes providing a new water well, new septic system, an RV parking pad with water and power connections, and all site work required for building construction, expanding the gravel driveway/parking area, and restoration of the construction site. Building work includes all concrete work, wood framed walls and roof trusses, steel siding and roofing, interior finishes, plumbing, heating, ventilation, and electrical work. The project also includes demolition of existing concrete slabs/foundations, demolition of a 450 sq. ft. storage shed, including removal of an estimated 1600 sq. ft. of asbestos material located within the storage shed. The estimated magnitude of construction is between $500,000 and $1,000,000.
