Y -- Renovation of two buildings at Fort Story. Furnish all labor, equipment, materials, and supervision to renovate two buildings to bee performed at the premises of Fort Story, Bldg 1023 and 1038, VA Beach, Virginia. Performance period is 17 -- 21 Apr 00, total estimated cost is between $25,000 and $100,000. The standard Industrial Code (SIC) is 1542. The applicable small business size standard including affiliates is no more than $17 million average annual renvenue for the previous three years. Work is performed at premises set forth above, according to the following terms and specifications: Building 1023 Upstairs & Downstairs: Patch/repair/replace as needed broken/damaged drywall & loose seams in drywall on wall and ceilings in all rooms. Paint walls & ceilings two coats duron plasticoat paint. Paint doors two coats duron plasticoat paint. Remove & Replace floor tile in 9 ft x 11 ft area, 11 ft x 20 ft area and 8 ft x 8 ft area with 1/8" x 12" x 12" vinyl composition tiles. Replace damaged plywood subfloor where needed. Install vinyl nosed treads on steps to 2nd floor. Remove & replace 5ft 4in double entrace doors with new jambs, casing and hardware. Build 44 linear ft of partition wall with 2" x 6" studs 16" O.C. with top & bottom plate. Install 1/2" drywall taped & finished over new wall both sides. Frame in one door opening & install 1/2" drywall taped & finished over new framing both sides. Install 1" x 6" baseboard on both sides of new wall. Replace broken casings & baseboards. Install weatherstripping around upstairs door. Building 1038, Upstairs and Downstairs: Patch/repair/replace as needed broken/damaged drywall and loose seams in drywall on walls and ceilings in all rooms. Paint walls & ceilings two coats duron plasticoat paint. Paint doors two coats duron plasticoat paint. Remove & Replace floor tile in 9 ft x 11 ft area, 11 ft x 20 ft area and 8 ft x 8 ft area with 1/8" x 12" x 12" vinyl composition tiles. Replace damaged plywood subfloor where needed. Install vinyl nosed treads on steps to 2nd floor. Remove & replace 5ft 4in double entrace doors with new jambs, casing and hardware. Remove and replace one 32" exterior door upstairs, install weatherstripping around door. Install three 4ft four-tube flourescent light fixtures. Remove trash & degris from work performed.
