Work Consists of providing all labor, equipment, materials, transportation, quality control, and supervision necessary to repair the High Temperature Hot Water Distribution System (HTHW). Work includes but is not limited to: Site Grading, Sidewalk, curb, and gutter replacement, Installation of new storm drain making connections to existing storm drains and new storm drains, Installation of 2" CPVC line for HTHW valve stations to storm drains, Installation of new manholes in HTHW system with sump pumps with remote readouts, seeding and fertilizing, make modifications to existing trench box, and clean existing manhole to trench box pipe and install new sump pumps with remote readouts. The Request For Proposal (RFP) will be available at Web site www.eps.gov on or about 20 April 00. The performance period is 120-calendar days after issuance of notice to proceed. The acquisition is open competition for large and small businesses in accordance with the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program. The RFP will only be made available by electronic transmission. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency.
