Location 1) At building 191/gate 14c: remove approximately 4,598 square feet of earthen material to provide an overall depth of 10-inches below finish grade. Grade swale-like flow line along south side of area to direct flow into existing canal at a point west of the pump house. Compact existing sub-grade. Install 10-inches of class II base rock and compact multiple lifts. Location 2) Moffett Boulevard along the east side of the roadway, between gate 17 and the Main gate, re-grade, between the fence and the road, approximately 18,544 square feet of area to provide an overall depth of 4-inches below finish grade. Compact existing sub-grade. Install approximately 18,544 square feet of filter fabric. Install approximately 18,544 square feet of 1-inch crushed granite to a depth of 4 inches, and compact. This procurement is being conducted under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). The Government does not intend to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12. See Note 26. The order of magnitude for the procurement is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00 and the effort shall be completed within 60 calendar days after notice to proceed. This procurement is part of the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program and is advertised under Full and Open Competition procedures. The SIC Code and Size Standard are 1794 and $7.0M, respectively. The DPAS Rating for this procurement is DO-C9. The anticipated release date of RFQ2-36707(PFM) is on or about 04/20/00 with an anticipated quote due date of on or about 05/20/00.
