The Request For Proposal (RFP) will be available at Web site www.eps.gov on or about 20 April 00. The performance period is 90-calendar days after issuance of notice to proceed. The acquisition is open competition for large and small businesses in accordance with the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program. The RFP will only be made available by electronic transmission. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency.
