The Defense Distribution Depot Puget Sound (DDPW) located in Bremerton, WA has a requirement for the procurement of bin shelving. In order to maintain consistency with the current shelving, the Government has specified E-Z Rect shelving part numbers. EasyUp Storage shelving has been determined to be an acceptable "equal to" product. If a prospective contractor quotes other than E-Z Rect or EasyUp, that prospective contractor may be required to provide a sample prior to award to determine compatibility. The following information represents the Government's requirements: Item 0001 -- 1,486 each 84" posts, E-Z Rect part number P-84 or equal Item 0002 -- 2,972 each 18" post connectors, E-Z Rect part number PC-18 or equal Item 0003 -- 5,248 each 48" frame connectors, E-Z Rect part number WB-48 or equal Item 0004 -- 2,624 each " x 18" x 48" particle board, E-Z Rect part number PB-1848 or equal All material must be quoted FOB Destination to the Defense Distribution Depot Puget Sound, 467 "W" Street, Building 467, Door 8, Bremerton, WA 98314-5130. The Government requires delivery of all material within 6 weeks after receipt of order. The Government will install the shelving. After a prospective contractor's product has been determined acceptable by the Government, award will be based on the lowest total aggregate price for all four items.
