If your company believes that they can perform these services, please forward a capability statement to the address in this notice. All submissions must be received within fifteen (15) days of the publication date of this synopsis. A determination by the Government to compete this acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely the descretion of the Government. However, all written responses received within 15 days of this synopsis will be considered, providing there is sufficient technical and pricing informaiton to enable evaluation of the services to meet the requirments of the agency. Interested firms have 15 days from the publication date of this notice to submit their qualifications/capabilities in the areas mentioned above. Such qualifications/capabilities will be used soley for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a procurement on a competitive basis. Responses received after the 15 days or without the required information will not be considered. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE IN RESPONSE TO THIS NOTICE.
