(i) This is a combined CBD synopsis/solicitation for commercial items
prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as
supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This
announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being
requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) The
solicitation number is DAAG60-00-T-0187 and is being issued as a
Request for Quotation (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation document and
incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal
Acquisition Circular 97-13. (iv) The acquisition is 100% set-aside for
small business concerns. The associated standard industrial
classification (SIC) code is 5610 with a small business size standard
of 500 employees. (v) The solicitation contract line item number,
quantity, unit and end item description is as follows: LINE ITEM 0001.
Quantity = 2,500 Tons stone, crushed No 2., " for bituminous surface
treatment. Stone shall conform to NYS Specification Tables 703-2,
703-3, and 703-4. LINE ITEM 0002. Quantity = 3,100 = Tons stone,
crushed No. 5, 4" for bituminous surface treatment. Stone shall conform
to NYS Specification Tables 703-2, 703-3, and 703-4. LINE ITEM 0003.
Quantity = 8,900 = Tons Subbase course Type 2, for bituminous surface
treatment. Subbase course shall conform to NYS Specification 304-1,
Type 2. (vi) Deliveries shall be for various areas, to include off road
and uneven terrain surfaces of fire breaks and range roads of the
United States Military Academy West Point, NY, to include any entities
thereof. Delivery trucks shall not be larger than ten- (10) wheel
tandem dump truck. The required points of delivery will be specified at
the time of issuance of an oral delivery order. This is a two year
requirements contract from 1 May 00 through 30 April 02 and the
quantities are estimated for that period. Delivery is on and when
called for basis not one lump sum. Oral delivery orders will be issued
and will be paid by the government credit card (VISA) upon delivery
and acceptance. (vii) The Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR)
provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, applies to
this acquisition. (ix) Far 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and
Certifications-Commercial items, applies to this acquisition. Offerors
shall include a completed copy of FAR 52.212-3 with its offerer. (x)
FAR 52.212-4, Contract terms and conditions required implementing
statues or executive clauses sited in FAR 52.212-5 by reference is
applicable to this acquisition. 52.203-6, Restrictions on
