This solicitation is in anticipation of a long term indefinite quantity contract for a period of one year with options for two additional years. The estimated annual quantities required are 131 for the first year; 36 each for the second and 36 each for the third year. Incremental quantities from 5 -- 49, 50 -- 99 and 100 -- 200 are required to be priced. Failure to price each increment may result in rejection of the offer. This is an unrestricted procurement. FOB will be at destination, with inspection and acceptance at origin. Direct ship and DLA stock destinations will be as indicated on the individual delivery orders issued against the basic contract. Delivery is to be 30 days for direct ship and stock ship orders which will be faxed.
