The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) requires a Contractor to prepare pasteurized spray-dried and liquid whole egg product quality assurance samples (check samples) that are uninoculated or inoculated with Salmonella and/or non-salmonellae. The period of performance for this contract will be from date of award through September 30, 2000, with four one-year option periods. This procurement is a total small business set-aside. The Standard Industrial Classification Code (SIC) code is 5144 or 2836. The small business standard for SIC Code 5144 is 100 employees and SIC Code 2836 is 500 employees.
