The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center (FISC) Norfolk Detachment Washington, intends to negotiate a sole source firm fixed price contract with History Associates, Inc., 5 Choke Cherry Road, Suite 280, Rockville, Maryland 20850-4004 for an analysis of the organization and functions of the Naval Historical Center (NHC), Washington Navy Yard, Washington, D.C. This assessment shall include a review of the current physical infrastructure and organizational staffing of the NHC and a review of Department of the Navy policies and resources that are germane to the collection and use of historical data and activities. No solicitation will be issued. This will be awarded as a sole source procurement under FAR 6.302-1.
