Indefinite quantity type contract to provide pipeline right-of-way surveying including mobilization, location of the required horizontal control points, completion of pre-construction legal surveying, preparation of plat maps, and completion of post construction field monumentation at various locations within the Minot Office of Environmental Health and Engineering. This district encompasses various communities and rural homesites on the following reservations: Standing Rock, Fort Berthold, Fort Totten, Turtle Mountain and the Trenton Indian Health Service Area. The surveying and drafting is to be performed by a qualified surveying firm with in-house state of the art surveying equipment and in-house registered professional engineers and land surveyors. The selection of the A&E firm will be based on evaluation of the following criteria: Qualifications of professional staff including professional engineers currently registered or capable of obtaining registration prior to award in the states of North Dakota and South Dakota. Specialized experience and technical and competence of the firm in the type of work required. Capability of the firm to accomplish the work in the required time. Location of the firm in the general geographical area of the projects knowledge of the locality of the project. Past performance on contracts with Government agencies and private industry in terms of quality work and compliance with performance schedules. Those firms that meet the requirements described in this announcement and wish to be considered are required to submit SF-254's adn SF-255's. This acquisition is totally set-aside for award up to Indian owned firms in accordance with 25 U.S.C. 47 the Buy Indian Act.
