This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supplies/services prepared in accordance with FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Technology Applications Office intends to award a firm fixed price contract with four options for INMARSAT airtime (voice and data) in Zones 1 and 2 for the Mini-M and M-4 INMARSAT terminals. Service must support STU-III voice and secure data for the M-4 terminals. (For evaluation purposes we will presume 10 INMARSAT terminals at 200 min per month). The actual number of terminals and their corresponding telephone number will be provided to the successful offeror upon contract award. All questions must be in writing.
