The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) is requesting comments on a draft System Requirements Specification (SyRS) for a Joint Interface Control Officer (JICO) Support System (JSS). The JICO Support System, interfacing with existing tactical systems, provides the means to manage all aspects of the Multi-TADIL Architecture (MTA). The JICO Support System shall be designed to plan, execute and maintain Multi-TADIL Architectures consisting of TADIL A, B, C, J, NATO Link-1, ATDL-1, etc. The System shall also be ultimately expandable so as not to preclude the inclusion of any new data links to be introduced in the future.
