Administrative Office of the United States Courts (AOUSC) is seeking
information on commercial off-the-shelf browser based travel voucher
software packages. The software must be capable of being accessed by
court travelers through the AOUSC's intranet. Travelers must be capable
of accessing, preparing and printing travel authorizations and vouchers
at their local offices. The software must have the capabilities to
prepare travel authorizations (each trip and blanket), travel vouchers
(SF1012 for supporting personnel and AO28 for Judges),
supplemental/amended travel authorizations and vouchers, travel
advances utilizing SF1038, store traveler profile information, perform
reviews of voucher expenses based on criteria established in the
program, provide for storing text of two sets of Judiciary Travel
Regulations with search and print capabilities, and be capable of 2-way
interfacing with the Federal Finance System by American Management
Systems. The software must be capable of being modified to meet
specific judiciary requirements. The AOUSC also requests that the firms
indicate which schedule contract their products are available on and
provide the pricing schedule appropriate to those contracts. If
interested firms do not have a schedule contract, please submit any
pricing information appropriate for the requirements identified above.
