S -- SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT WITH FRESH INK, LTD. Notice of intent to negotiate a sole source contract with Fresh Ink, Ltd. for the TRICARE Breast Care Initiative (BCCI) Program. Purpose of this contract is to provide five months of continued services to complete the program currently in place. The proposed contract requires the contractor to schedule training, develop/provide training programs, develop/produce publications to support the BCCI program, develop and oversee Multidisciplinary Regional Action (MRA) Teams at each military treatment facility, travel to each of these facilities to provide the training to MRA teams, and to provide TRICARE Central Region office with reports, trend analysis, strategic goals, and data collection. The proposed contractor participated in the initial contract, 1998-2000, developed the training/support programs, established offices/points of contact at the 26 Military Treatment Facilities found in a 16 state area. This proposed contract will complete the BCCI Program for TRICAE Central Region office, and no follow-on contract will be needed. A competitive solictation will not be issued.
