It is the intention of this Request for Proposal (RFP) to obtain complete grounds and landscape maintenance for various areas in San Diego County, California by means of a combination Firm Fixed Price and Indefinite Quantity type contract. The period of performance is for a base and four option periods that may consist of 1 to 12 months per period. The service to be provided are subject to the Service Contract Act wage rates. This is a Small Business Set-Aside Procurment; for those firms certifying themselves as a Small Business Concern, the concern and its affiliates cannot exceed an average annual receipt for the preceding three fiscal years of $5,000,000.00 under the Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code 0782. This solicitation will be available ON OR ABOUT MAY 16, 2000.
