Furnish all necessary labor, materials, and equipment to clean inside and outside of all windows, fixed glass, screens and window sills in buildings 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 10, 11, 13, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 21, 42, connecting tunnels and quarters 12, 41, 43, 44. Also smoking areas outside Buildings 2, 3 and 4. The window cleaning shall be accomplished in 30 workdays after award. There are approximately 3200 windows and screens and 41,850 square feet of fixed glass. All screens shall be cleaned with an acceptable detergent and water.
