Phelps 202/205-5649 This request For Comment (RFC) is being issued to obtain written industry comments or suggestions on modifications to the Draft Statement of Work dated April 11, 2000 that would result in the Government's educational objectives being reached more effectively or at less cost. The Government is also requesting responses from those offerors that may be interested in responding to the Request for Proposal. Vendors are encouraged to review the draft SOW and to submit their written comments to Carolynn J. Phelps, by Wednesday May 3, 2000. The inforamtion may either be sent to Carolynn J. Phelps via facsimile at 202-690-0689 or via e-mail at Carolyn_Phelps@wdc.fsa.usda.gov. Telephone request for the SOW will not be honored. The SOW addresses the potential requirement for the Risk Management Agency (RMA). Vendor information obtained through this RFC process will not be used in any other way during the RFP process. The Government shall not pay for any information, literature, demonstration, etc, provided to thegovernment as a result of this RFC. Please mark any information to the Contracting office in response to the RFC as "RMA EDUCATION TRAINING PROGRAM FOR AGRICULTURE PRODUCERS".
