The Bureau of the Public Debt (BPD) intends to issue a commercial item solicitation for nationwide travel agency services to include, but not limited to, transportation, car rental, lodging and conference reservations, ticket issuance and delivery, management reports, customer service and quality control. Travel services are to be provided to BPD, Administrative Resource Center (ARC), and all current and future customers. The resultant contract will be an indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract providing fixed-prices. The contract(s) will be awarded for a base and four (4) option years.
