Work consists of providing all labor, supplies, materials, supervision, transportation, equipment, and all else necessary to complete the Install Base Landscaping at Seymour Johnson AFB NC. The work involved includes, but is not limited to, landscape site preparation, excavation, trenching, backfill, and landscape grading. Installing trees, shrubs, groundcover, and turf. All work shall be in strict compliance with the specifications and drawings. This will be a firm fixed price indefinite-delivery/indefinite- quantity (IDIQ) construction contract. The performance period is one (1) base year with one (1) option year. The proposed contract listed here is 100% set aside for small business. The estimated dollar value of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. The guaranteed minimum contract amount, including the option is $10,000 and the maximum contract amount is $400,000.00. The minimum amount per task order is $5000.00, and the maximum amount per task order is $75,000.00. The applicable Standard Industry Classification (SIC) codes for this acquisition is 0782 with a three-year average annual small business size standard of $5 million.
