transportation, materials and other services as necessary to complete
the following: The work shall consist of providing and install 4-foot
high PVC fencing at 54 separate locations, removing and disposing of
existing asphalt pads and concrete footings varying sizes from a few
locations, constructing new asphalt (bituminous concrete) pads at 54
locations, including all incidental work. The total amount of fencing
required is approximately 1350 linear feet and the amount of asphalt
with new gravel base required is approximately 500 square yards and
incidental related work at the USCG Air Station Cape Cod, Massachusetts
(Barnstable County). Completion Time is 75 calendar days from receipt
of the Notice to Proceed. PAYMENT BONDS REQUIRED. Estimated Cost of
this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. The Sic Code is 1521.

Demonstration Program, and is unrestricted. The following NOTICE IS
PROVIDED AS INFORMATON FOR MINORITY, WOMEN-OWNED, AND DISADVANTAGED
BUSINESS ENTERPRISES: The Dept of Transportation (DOT) Office of Small
and Disadvantaged Business Utilization (OSDBU) has a program to assist
minority, women-owned and disadvantaged business enterprises to
acquired short-term capital and bonding assistance for
transportation-related contracts. This is applicable to any prime
subcontract at any tier. The DOT Bonding Assistance Program enables
firms to apply for bid, payment and performance bonds up to $1.0
million per contract. The DOT provides an 80% guaranty on the bond
amount to a surety against losses. Loans are available under the DOT
Short-term Lending Program (STLP) at prime interest rates to provide
accounts receivable financing. The max. line of credit is $500,000. For
