Work consists of providing all labor, supplies, materials, supervision, transportation, equipment, and all else necessary to complete the construction of a Fire Training Tower/Annex at Seymour Johnson AFB, NC. The work involves foundation design and installation, installation of water lines, search and rescue maze, and electrical power/lighting and asphalt pavement. Contractor shall submit all product data information available for manufacturers Structural Fire Training along with proposal. All work shall be in strict compliance with the specifications and drawings. This will be a firm-fixed-price construction contract with 150 days construction performance time. The proposed contract listed here is unrestricted and open to all firms, including small and small disadvantaged concerns. The estimated dollar value of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. The applicable Standard Industry Classification (SIC) code for this acquisition is 1542 with a three-year average annual receipts small business size standard of $17 million.
