Petersen, SEA 02224, (703) 602-3102, ext. 223 The Naval Sea System Command intends to procure engineering/technical services and material to install seawater modification upgrades for main and generator engines on MHC class vessels, rebuild the MHC 62 Main Propulsion Engine, and evaluate failed 8 cylinder engines to determine repair requirements. This work will be a modification to Contract N00024-97-C-2203. Work is to be performed in the United States from date of award through 30 September 2000. NAVSEA will issue this RFP to FDGM, Incorporated, 800-C Principal Court, Chesapeake VA 23320, as the only source possessing the expertise and technical data required for performance.
