This notice represents a requirement for a commercialized type of program system support for tires used on F-14, A-4, F-4, V-22, H-60, AV-8B, TA-4, P-3, S-3, F-18, EA-6B, H-46, T-2, H-53, E-2, C-2, and H-3 aircraft. The proposal will be based on a currently established performance based logistics, commercial support method modified for unique military program requirements. The scope of this effort includes program management to meet demand requirements through repair/replacement of the items. Premium availability goals are required, as well as full management of inventory. Forecasting, transportation, warehousing, and requisitioning processing through EDI are required. The resultant award will be a long term requirements type contract consisting of a five-year base and 2 five-year options.
