Department of Justice, Federal Bureau of Prisons has a requirement for a design and all realted professional Architect/Engineering services to upgrade the existing sewage plant at the Federal Correctional Institution at Oxford, WI. Growth in inmate population required a full expansion of the sewage treatment facilities. The plant is located outside the secure perimeter of the institution. Services consist of: the development of construction documents; specifications; cost estimates; life cycle cost analysis; bidding; construction administration; inspection; and mediation between the Bureau of Prisons and any applicable governing agencies for a project of this type. The estimated cost of construction is between 1,000,000 and 5,000,000 dollars. Consideration will be limited to firms licensed to practice in the State of Wisconsin and located within a 300 mile radiues of Oxford, Wisconsin. Selection of firms to be interviewed will be based on the following evaluation factors: Firm's Capacity and Capability (30%), Proposed Project Team and Organization (40%), and Experience and Performance (30%).
