The Environmental Protection Agency, Office of Air and Radiation, Office of Atmospheric Programs, Climate Protection Division (CPD) is requesting information on concepts for enhancing the usability of the division's web sites. This involves improving the program-to-program consistency and overall user interaction of these sites. Towards this goal, the division has developed objectives that can be found at the web site address hyperlinked below. This request for information is released pursuant to FAR Part 15.201(e), Exchanges with Industry. CPD consists of voluntary, non-regulatory programs that promote pollution prevention by increasing energy efficiency, recover methane, and encourage the development and purchase of energy-efficiency products. Interested sources are asked to provide feedback on these goals and objectives, including a recommended strategy. Responses should include a statement of interest indicating the company's capability towards meeting these goals, experience with similar requirements and business size information. Please provide web site URLs on projects developed by your company, specifically web sites that have gained industry recognition and/or award. The anticipated SIC is 7379; the size standard for small business qualification is $18 million. Any information received will be considered in the development of an acquisition strategy for a potential procurement. All comments will be carefully considered, however, the Government is not obligated to respond or provide answers to any questions or comments. This is not a request for proposals. This request is for planning purposes only. Responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract.
