(GDAI) to upgrade the Sheet Currency Inspection and Processing System (SCIPS) Processing Engine, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source. GDAI shall provide the services, software, associated components and documentation to install the SCIPS Image Guard Upgrade. GDAI is the manufacturer and has proprietary rights to the software necessary for this upgrade. Interested businesses capable of providing and installing this upgrade should submit sufficient date in order for the Government to determine the company's capability.
