Estimated volumes to be crushed, separated and removed _ 300 CY. -Crush and separate all aggregate and debris in the _Back Forty_ area, to include debris arriving from Contractor Storage Yard. Stockpile crushed concrete on-site to become property of government and remove all other debris and recyclable materials (to include wood and steel rebar) for off-site disposal. Report quantities in Cubic Yards (CY) and short tons of all aggregate material, recyclable material, and debris generated. Estimated volumes to be crushed, separated and removed- 22500 CY. -Remove all stumps and debris from runway _24_ clear-zone for off site disposal. Estimated volumes to be crushed, separated, and removed- 4200 CY. -Return all sites to grade and restore all sites with topsoil and hydro-seed. Estimated area to be prepared and hydro-seeded is as follows: Contractor storage area- 7000 SF (260 SY), _Back Forty_ Aggregate storage area- 110300 SF (4085 SY), and Runway _24_ clear-zone- 22500 SF (833 SY). The proposed contract is set-aside 100% for small business. The solicitation package will be issued electronically on or about 24 April 00. The solicitation package will be posted to the Electronic Posting System (EPS) which can be accessed at www.eps.gov/. The government will not provide paper copies of the solicitation.
