CSAP will award a one year contract with four option years. This Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) performance-based contract is designed to meet the needs of the CSAP and SAMHSA to perform highly focused tasks. This contract will be used as a means of providing services to CSAP/SAMHSA officials and staff to help them achieve their individual Office/Division missions in a timely manner. The contract requires quick response capability, with performance according to specifications identified in individual Task Orders that will be issued over the life of the contract. The contract will enable CSAP/SAMHSA to improve its technical, management, and administrative operations by significantly reducing the amount of time and labor required to obtain critical contract services and products. Tasks are anticipated in the following ten (10) domains: I. Policy Development Tasks II. Program Development Tasks III. Data Acquisition & Analysis Tasks IV. Evaluation Tasks V. Program Marketing and Communications Tasks VI. Technical Assistance and Training Tasks VII. Decision Support System Tasks VIII. Computer Simulation and Modeling Tasks IX.
