Yosemite National Park, California desires to secure the professional services of a Fire Protection Consultant to perform plan review and construction inspections with submittal of written results; perform fire and life safety inspections; certification of code compliant design and construction in accordance with the National Fire Protection Association Codes and Standards and appropriate State of California Building Standards related to the Uniform Fire Code. The Consultant shall advise the Park on fire prevention matters requested in writing from the Park and provide priority service within five to seven working days. A cost proposal for each project will be prepared and submitted to the Park for review. It must show hours and labor rates in accordance with agreed upon unit cost rates. Per diem expenses must also be included if needed. Upon the Park's approval of the proposal, the Consultant will accomplish the work tasks and submit reports to the Park as described in an approved scope of work.
