The current SAF/AQ support contract is posted in the library below. Do not consider this contract as actual SAFTAS program requirements. It is provided for your information only as an aid to better understanding the requirements of the current contract. Actual SAFTAS requirements will be formally defined and published in a Request for Proposal at a later date. 2. The government estimate for SAF/AQ support is approximately 416,000 hours annually. In addition, the government estimate for AFPEO/JA (Joint Strike Fighter) support is approximately 21,000 hours annually. Thus, the total government estimate for SAFTAS is approximately 437,000 hours annually. 3. Government responses to Capabilities Statements are forthcoming. If you responded to the SAFTAS Sources Sought Synopsis, your Capabilities Statement has been evaluated and you will receive feedback soon. 4.
