Vasseur, Contract Specialist 816.843.3705 The Marine Corps Support Activity, has a requirement for demolition of abandoned above-ground steam lines at the Richards-Gebaur Memorial Airport, Kansas City, Missouri. The contractor must furnish all labor, material, transportation and supervision to remove approximately 5,648 LF of abandoned above ground steam lines, concrete and steel support structures and other attendant structures at various Marine Corps buildings located at the site. Steam lines at building entry points will be capped. Approximately 2,402 LF of abandoned above ground steam lines, concrete and steel support structures is also included as an optional bid item. Materials removed shall be disposed of offsite by the contractor. Metal from the steam lines is potentially recoverable. The SIC is 1795 and the small business size standard is $7 million.
