Burdick Memorial Health Care Facility in Belcourt, North Dakota. This is a contract to provide patient transportation 24 hours, 7 days per week. When patient transfers are not accomplished via emergency vehicles, Royal Coach transportation service will provide the Native American patients with transportation requested by Quentin N. Burdick Memorial Health Care Facility. This will be a sole-source request as the Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians have resolved that Royal Coach, a tribally affiliated organization is the only vendor authorized to provide this service emanating from the Turtle Mountain Indian Reservation.
