transportation and supervision required to remove six (6) existing
constant speed centrifugal secondary chilled water pumps and adjacent
piping and valves as shown on contract drawings. Install six (6) new
constant speed centrifugal secondary chilled water pumps and adjacent
piping and valves as shown on contract drawings. Remove and install
only one pump at a time. Do not start demolition of next pump until
first one is completely operable. Reconnect electrical wiring. UNIT
WORK ITEM: Remove and dispose of approximately 80 lineal feet of
asbestos containing pipe lagging and pump insulation in accordance with
the specification. The SIC code assigned to this project is 1711.
Estimated range of the project is between $25,000 and $100,000.
Performance Period is 90 days after Notice to Proceed. All relevant
