The Contractor shall have 45 calendar days from the receipt of the Notice To Proceed to complete the job. The work is projected to begin in June 2000. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small businesses only. Background investigations/clearances will be required of Contractor employees. The estimated magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. The Standard Industrial Classification Code for this project is 1611 (size standard is $17.0 million). It is anticipated that solicitation packages for a firm-fixed-priced contract will be available about April 26, 2000, with receipt of quotations being due approximately 3 weeks later.
