THIS PROCUREMENT IS 100% SET ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS. SOLICITATION DOCUMENTS, INCLUDING DRAWINGS, WILL BE AVAILABLE ON CD ONLY. The work will consist of labor, equipment, and material to repair and repave the bike path on the Greenbelt Trail from the Greenbelt Boat Ramp to Riverside Drive in Clarkston, Washington. The major tasks include: (1)Excavate and expose tree roots at designated areas of the bike path. Remove tree roots and replace material with base material flush with top of existing asphalt concrete. The length of full width removal and replacement is estimated at approximately 3150 linear feet of bike path. (2) Prepare existing asphalt concrete and new base material surfaces for placement and compaction of a 1" asphalt concrete overlay over the entire bike trail. The bike trail is approximately 8-foot wide and 7,600 feet long. The estimated cost range for this job is between $100,000 and $250,000. The standard industrial classification code (SIC) is 1611. The small business size standard isaverage annual receipts for the previous three fiscal years must not exceed $17,000,000.
