Ketchum, Contracting Officer, SEA 02612, (703) 602-0951 The announcement originally published in the CBD on 30 March 1999 is amended to read as follows: The Naval Sea Systems Command intends to procure Scutter Countermeasures under a firm-Firm Fixed-price contract with Raphael USA Inc., 4455 Connecticut Avenue, N.W., Washington, D.C. 2008, under the Foreign Comparative Testing Program (FCT). The U.S. Navy has a requirement to test and evaluate U.S. weapons effectiveness against foreign countermeasure systems which necessitates the procurement of foreign manufactured countermeasures. The estimated quantities (First Quarter of FY 01) include 10 test units and 40 re-use kits and options for 50 production units and 250 re-use kits.
