The quantity guarantee is for the base year only. This repair program covers various actuators used in support of the H-46, CH-53 and SH-60 Helicopters. Repair turnaround time is 30 days. The minimum order quantity will be for 25 repairs and the maximum order quantity will be 250 repairs. All parts necessary to effect repairs shall be contractor furnished. The quantities are the governments best estimates for the 5 years of repair on the following NSN's: 1680-01-396-0652 (P/N11700-3), 1680-01-285-4657 (P/N 11700-2), 1680-01-175-9063 (P/N 105800-1) and 2915-01-412-8856 (P/N 11800-0). The subject item requires Government source approval prior to contract award, as the item is flight critical and/or the technical data available has not been determined adequate to support acquisition via full and open competition. Only the source(s) previously approved by the government for this item have been solicited. The time required for approval of a new source is normally such that award cannot be delayed pending approval of a new source.
