The Great Plains Regional Contracting Office, BAMC Cell, Brooke Army Medical Center, Ft. Sam Houston, Texas intends to award indefinite quantity multiple award purchase orders for the supply of heat probes that shrink ligaments during arthroscopic procedures. Provision of electro-surgical arthroscopic tissue heating units shall be required by each awardee at no additional cost to the Government. The Government intends to purchase a minimum of one disposable heat probe per month per awardee. Requirements will be placed orally by authorized card holders using the International Merchant Purchasing Authorization Card (IMPAC) as the ordering instrument. The anticipated performance period will be from date of award through 30 September 2000, with 4 twelve month option periods.
