This involves placement of Advanced SEAL Delivery System (ASDS) on the hull of the Submarine. The most recent modifications are being performed on the Jimmy Carter (SSN 23). For these services, the Navy has made the decision to solicit and negtiate with one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. The contractor selected to perform the modifications is Analytical Methods Inc. of Redmond WA. AMI posseses the unique expertese to perform the required services, based on many years of experience in assisting the Navy in Submarine Modification.
