It is this agency's intent to award a contract to Hartman Historical Services, Omaha, Nebraska for the following services: 1. Photograph research to be done at the national archives and other research facilities to gather photographs and information regarding the current eight National Guard divisions. The final product will include gathering all photographs for use in developing a 5 foot by 9 foot long panel exhibit on each of the eight National Guard division, writing a short history on each of the divisions to be used in the exhibits and specifications and producing colored blue prints of the eight National Guard exhibits. Research, and development of a professional museum quality display detailing the history of the 35th Division is also included in this package. 2. Fabrication and installation of an eleven panel exhibit detailing the 365 year history of the National Guard. This will be identical to the exhibit at the National Guard Professional Education Center. The eleven panel exhibit will consist of ten panels 5 feet by 9 feet and one entrance panel 5 feet by 4 feet. Each panel is made of one inch Medium Density Fiberboard covered face and all edges with Formica brand laminate. Each panel will include large photographs, famous quotes, a text panel, and a header panel. 3. Fabrication and installation of eight panel exhibit detailing the history of each of the current National Guard Division (comparable to the 11 panel exhibit described above). These panels are proprietary to Hartman Historical Services. The National Guard does not have any drawings nor right to the historical data gathered by Hartman Historical Services. Any responsible source that can meet our requirement MUST respond with written evidence of their capability to meet this requirement within 15 calendar days of this notice.
