This procurement is for a firm, fixed price requirements contract for commercial services. The proposed action is for a 100% set-aside for small business concerns. The contractor shall furnish all management, labor, supplies, material, transportation and equipment required for the performance of care and disposition of the remains of deceased personnel of Fort Gordon, Georgia and satellite activities during the period of July 1, 2000 through June 30, 2001 for the base period with two option year periods. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 7261. The contractor will take possession of the remains where they are located and transport them to the Contracting Officer's designated location. The contractor's facility must be within a thirty (30) mile radius of Dwight D. Eisenhower Army Medical Center, Building 300, Fort Gordon, Georgia.
