SOLE-SOURCE DELIVERY ORDER The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR) intends to award a sole source delivery order to Datacomm Management Sciences, Incorporated, for equipment to be used for expansion of an existing system. This equipment includes ES-32 Equipment Shelves, SPS-32 Shelf Power Supplies, SSM-32 Shelf Status Modules, DIU-2UN Data Interface Units, 2 Port, Universal Port Cards, MTC-16(300) MTRX-2000 Trunk Cables, CA-0471 (300) RIU-32 Status Cables, and RIU-32 "Y" cables. SPAWAR intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. All interested parties may identify their capability to respond to the requirement by providing supporting evidence that they can furnish the required equipment without changes to the existing system and added expense that would exceed the total intended transaction cost.
