DESCRIPTION OF WORK: This is a Firm Fixed-Price Contract. REROOF 19 SENIOR OFFICER QUARTERS. The work includes furnishing all labor, supervision, materials and equipment necessary to re-roof over existing roofing on 19 Senior Officer Quarter Housing Units using stone coated steel tile panels, made from galvanized steel, shaped to simulate a mission tile and other incidental related work. Performance time is 270 calendar days. The tentative issue date is on or about 29 April 2000 with the bid opening date approximately 30 days later. The SIC code is 1761 (NCAIS #23561). The related small business standard is 7.0 million. The cost range is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00.
