DESCRIPTION OF WORK: This is a Firm Fixed-Price Contract. REPAIR ROOF AT HANGAR 3, BLDG. 20000. The work includes furnishing all labor, supervision, materials and equipment necessary to repair roof, Hangar 3, Building 2000, central section (including north one story section, two story roof, mechanical penthouse and south one story section. Contractor will provide elastomeric coating on the north one story section. Demo existing roofs and provide insulation, built-up roofing, appurtenances and elastomeric coating for the two story roof, mechanical penthouse and south one story section and other incidental related work. Performance time is 90 calendar days. The tentative issue date is on or about 29 April 2000 with the bid opening date approximately 30 days later. The SIC code is 1761 (NCAIS #23561). The related small business standard is 7.0 million. The cost range is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00.
