Building 647 Dining Hall Roof Pressure wash exterior "green metal" on building roof, panels, and soffit. Remove deteriorated soffit material and install exterior grade cementious to damaged areas. Apply a uniform coating and paint the soffit with exterior paint. Remove all peeled paint and sand down rusted areas. Apply one full coat of Sherwin-Williams B67 Series recoatable epoxy to all metal and apply one full coat of Sherwin-Williams DTM Acrylic semi-gloss matching the new base colors.
